Over 2021, the project team organised two rounds of case study workshops to identify the scope of the optimization services for water efficiency and discuss planned activities and next steps for each case study. Overall, fourteen workshops took place, with seven of them being organised from February 25th to March 30th during the first round and the rest from the 21st of May till the 7th of July throughout the second round.
